The Mays is to be used to outreach to the community, as well as provide a fun place for the community to gather. If you would like to use the Mays, or even the church, please fill out the form below for consideration.
This form is used to reserve space in the church for non-recurring activities, such as private parties or a one day retreat. Recurring events, such as board meetings and Praise Factory, should be scheduled through Shannon Kern so they can be put directly on the calendar.
To see if the space you want is available, look at the church calendar. Reservations will be made on a first-come, first reserved basis. In the event of a scheduling conflict that has been resolved, the original scheduling person will need to contact Shannon Kern to abdicate their space. All efforts will be made to accommodate everyone's requests, but children's ministries will not be moved unless approved by the Director of Children's ministries or the Associate Minister.
Expectations for utilization of the space are:
(1) A member of Beulah is present during the event
(2) If using the Mays, a person with a cell phone is present during the event
(3) The space will be left in the way it was found and clean.
The calendar is color coded as much as possible using the following colors:
